We start with what your business needs, what already exists and what’s getting in the way. Then we agree a practical scope, deliverables and a timeline before the build begins.
Can you work with an existing system?
Yes. Integration work is part of what we do, including connecting payment and ticketing flows to existing platforms. We first review the system and the boundaries of the work.
Who will I work with?
Alvin leads the engagement and engineering. If a project needs a specialist collaborator, responsibilities are made clear as part of the agreed scope.
What if the scope changes?
We discuss the impact on cost and delivery before adding work. The aim is to keep decisions visible and the project moving with a shared understanding.
